Veronica Muhindi is the Founding and Managing Partner of VM&A Advocates LLP, a full-service law firm she launched in 2015 and has since grown into a respected legal brand. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil & Gas Law, bringing both depth and versatility to her legal practice and firm leadership.
Veronica leads the firm’s Conveyancing & Real Estate, Commercial & Business Law, and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. She is a registered patent agent and advises clients on the registration, protection, and commercialization of patents, trademarks, and other IP rights both locally and internationally. Her transactional expertise spans land acquisitions, commercial restructuring, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, and legal advisory for emerging and established enterprises.
With a legal career marked by strategic execution, sharp commercial insight, and a commitment to excellence, Veronica plays a central role in steering the firm’s long term vision, brand, and operational framework. Under her leadership, VM&A Advocates has earned a reputation for responsive service, practical solutions, and a deep understanding of the Kenyan legal and business environment.
